For the first time in five years, I had been inside the library until the night fell. If I’m not mistaken, the Main Library is the only library that remains open until 12 midnight inside the university. I was originally in CAL Library the whole afternoon but transferred to the Main Lib after eating a quick snack past 3:00 PM.
And speaking of food, I know that it is generally forbidden to eat inside the library but I sneaked in a few snacks, and even some iced coffee, so as not to go outside to have a bite! Mon even gave me a big pack of cookies to eat while studying! When you see me with a paper in front of my face, expect that I’ll be chewing something.

I wanted to be really comfortable while reviewing so I opted for my usual “uniform” in simulating what I wear at home. But since I forgot to clip my toenails (TMI), I wore sneakers instead of just flip flops. LOL It has been a long time since I wore this pair of Dior Homme sneakers, and if I remember it correctly, I last wore it in Hong Kong in May last year! They were really comfortable but several hours of walking for four days were still too much. That was the exact reason I haven’t worn them for more than a year. Traumatic.
(I even have the same pair of tattered shorts! I love them so much! )
Well anyway, I was horrified to have accidentally put ink on my messenger bag! I have tried removing it with the oil on my hands and even water but it won’t come off. Then I realized that I was trying to make this bag very worn out because it has to have more character than remaining in this color. I stopped freaking out eventually.
Hopefully, the rain will stop because I feel so anxious leaving the house tomorrow to review in the library again. I was in school before lunch until half past nine. And this will be the scenario for the following three Fridays, more or less, until my comprehensive examinations are over. FIGHT!
